Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care units. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide treatments while educating residents and families.

Earn up to $34 per hour with sign-on bonus of $3,000, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, paid orientation, and opportunities for advancement. Shift options include day or overnight, with CNAs supervision.

• Taking and recording vital signs.
