Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN will administer medications and monitor vital signs, provide resident care and education, and coordinate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Tennessee license (LPN) required.
• Current Tennessee LPN license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs, and record vital signs.
• Educate residents and families about care and treatments.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals; supervise CNAs.
