Nashville-Center-For-Rehabilitation-and-Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) at our Nashville facility. Qualified candidates provide care in SNF/long-term care units, administer medications including IVs, monitor vitals, and educate residents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience with skilled nursing and long-term care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor patient outcomes.

• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

• Current Tennessee License-LPN
