Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Kingston Springs, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for full-time or part-time shifts (12-hour day and overnight). You will provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration and vital signs, within our SNF and long-term care units.

Applicants must hold a Tennessee LPN license; prior long-term care experience is preferred. Strong communication with residents, families, and the care team is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF or long-term care setting.
• Ability to administer medications, including IVs.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and health care teams.
• Able to supervise CNAs.
