Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide resident care in SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications (including IVs where licensed), monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive wages, and a range of benefits. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available with paid orientation and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to monitor residents and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Administer medications, including IVs where applicable.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;


• Medication Administration, including IVs.


• Taking and recording vital signs.


• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
