Job summary
Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a talented Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall fitness and wellness for residents.
The ideal candidate holds a state PTA license, can evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and is passionate about geriatric care.
Qualifications
- Must hold a license in the state of practice.
- Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
- Experience with geriatric population preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and relieve pain.
- Promote overall fitness and wellness for residents in a SNF.

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.
