Job summary

The Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing facility on a PRN basis. The successful candidate will hold a Tennessee license, evaluate and treat independently, and enjoy working with a geriatric population to improve mobility and quality of life.

Assist with therapies, promote functional activities, and support residents’ comfort and goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in Tennessee.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Promote functional activities to support residents’ daily living and well-being.
• Maintain accurate notes and collaborate with the care team to monitor progress.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
