Job summary
Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Hartsville, TN is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our geriatric-focused team. The role includes assisting the PT with therapies aimed at improving mobility, reducing pain, and promoting overall wellness for residents in a skilled nursing environment.
The ideal candidate holds a state license, is able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered
Qualifications
- Must hold a current state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Geriatric population experience preferred but not required.
- Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and independence in SNF.

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
