Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to join our skilled nursing team in Gallatin, TN. The role involves assisting the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for geriatric residents.

Must hold a TN PTA license and be capable of evaluating and treating independently without direct supervision. SNF experience is preferred to contribute to high-quality resident care.

Physical Therapy Assistant PRN

Looking for a talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
