Job summary

Lebanon Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a PRN role within a skilled nursing facility. The PTA assists the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote resident wellness for our geriatric population.

License must be held in Tennessee; independence in evaluation and treatment is required. SNF experience is preferred but not mandatory, with a competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.
