Complete Care at Severna Park is seeking an LPN to provide direct care for residents in Severna Park, MD. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring, with teamwork across physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Provide wound care and prevention, manage pain, dressings.
• Monitor health status and track changes.
• Perform catheter/ostomy care and specimen collection.
• Assist in executing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers.
• Educate residents and families on health status and care.
• Maintain detailed health records and care interactions.
• Oversee CNA activities to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
