Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an LPN in Maryland.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and references.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV and injectable.
• Wound care and dressing management; monitor pain and healing.
• Monitor residents' physical and mental health; track changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and care team.
• Document health status, care provided and progress.
• Oversee CNA activities to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Here's What You'll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data

Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.

Care Planning: Assist in executing the individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
