Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville, TN is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical staff in delivering high-quality care.

Full-time nights 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM are available, with a $5,000 bonus for full-time hires. We offer competitive pay, shift differential, PTO, benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Madisonville, Tenessee. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Hiring for full time nights 6:30P-6:30A!

$5,000 Bonus for Full time!

LPN Requirements

• -Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
