Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Knoxville, TN is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for full-time or PRN night shifts (7p-7a). The role focuses on direct resident care, medication administration, and supporting a clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition, vital signs, and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures; help train and support new staff.

Hiring for full time night shift (7p-7a)

LPN Requirements

• -Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
