Carriage Square Rehab & Healthcare Center – St. Joseph, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and help deliver high-level resident care in a compassionate community.

We offer 12-hour shifts, same-day pay, training for new to long-term care, and opportunities for advancement with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents to support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Encourage social engagement to maintain emotional wellness.
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history and records.
• Take and monitor vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
• Follow instructions from and report updates to the registered nurse or overseeing physician.

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri

LPN Duties and Responsibilities:
