• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart setup, physician orders, and medications.
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
