Job summary

Westford is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate patient care in our facility. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, admitting patients, managing discharges, wound care, leading CNAs and CMTs, and responding to emergencies.

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
