Job summary

Mount Vernon Health Care Center in Mount Vernon, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate resident care, perform assessments, and support the care team with dedication and empathy.

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
