Country Club Rehab & Healthcare Center in Missouri is seeking an experienced LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team. This role offers flexible scheduling, 12-hour shifts, and competitive pay to support high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include providing personalized nursing care, assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with RNs and physicians to uphold our standards of clinical excellence. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license is required.
• Experience in a geriatric or skilled nursing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care.
• Support residents in daily living activities.
• Foster social engagement and a positive atmosphere.
• Follow nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate; record patient history and monitor changes.
• Take vital signs (BP, HR, temperature, etc.).
