Program Details

• Baylor Program: Work Saturday & Sunday for 32 hours, paid for 40 hours
• $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time second shift

• Wound and skin care: perform wound care and prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Monitoring: observe physical and mental health status, track changes, and analyze data
• Clinical procedures: provide catheter and ostomy care and gather specimens
• Care planning: assist in executing individualized care plans
