The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Queens in Franklin Square, NY is seeking a full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, document outcomes, educate residents and families, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

This position offers flexible shifts and daily pay options, with competitive wages up to $34.48 per hour.

Qualifications

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
• Medication Administration, including IVs.
• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
