Job summary

Saint Therese of Corcoran in Corcoran, MN is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on the day-evening shift.

The role includes medication administration, accurate clinical documentation in EHRs, and collaboration with a dedicated nursing team to ensure safety and quality for residents. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• 1+ years of nursing experience.
• Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment, professionalism, and integrity.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs).
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring residents for effectiveness and response
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using electronic health record systems
• Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow-up care as needed
• Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants / NARs to support quality resident care and team workflow
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment for residents, families, and team members
• Demonstrate professionalism, strong clinical judgment, and excellent customer service in daily practice

Available Shifts: 12:00pm. - 8:30 p.m. (Full-time 80 hours per two-week pay period)

Schedule: Includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $34.25 - $42.81 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

Minimum Qualifications
