Saint Therese in Corcoran, MN is seeking a Part-Time Home Health Aide to provide care for seniors in a vibrant community. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and documenting care accurately.

Available Shifts

1. 7:00am-3:30pm

48 hours in a two-week pay period

56 hours in a two-week pay period

64 hours in a two-week pay period

Pay Range

$19.10 – $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers)
2. Administer medications per training and policy
3. Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system
4. Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff
5. Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities
6. Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans

Qualifications

Education Preferred

1. HHA or CNA certification in the State of Minnesota

Experience Required
