Job summary

Monarch Communities in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a part-time position. You will provide personal care, assist with medications, and engage residents to monitor well‑being. You will collaborate with the Wellness Director to document assessments and adjust Care Plans as needed.

No prior experience is required; new grads are welcome. A valid LPN license is required and the role offers benefits such as PTO and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.

• Inspire the team and collaborate with Wellness Directors in assessing and documenting resident assessments.
