Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living in Pennington, NJ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide warm, professional care to residents in our community. You will administer medications, support daily living activities, and document changes in residents' conditions according to the care plan.

Applicants must be a graduate of a state-approved nursing program with an active state license as an LPN or LVN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Active state license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse.
• No experience required; we welcome new grads and experienced nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director on assessments and documentation.

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
