Job summary

Monarch Communities in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personal care, medication assistance, and companionship to residents.

You will collaborate with the Wellness Director, follow the Resident Care Plan, and document assessments as required. Per diem schedules offer flexibility and competitive wages.

Active LPN license is required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License.
• Graduate of state approved school of nursing.
• No experience required – new grads welcome.

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
