Job summary

Monarch Communities and Brandywine Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate care in a senior living setting. You will administer medications and assist residents according to care plans, with a focus on well-being and timely communication of changes.

New grads are welcome; a state-approved nursing program graduate with an active LPN license is required. Flexible scheduling and on-the-job training are offered to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments.
