Monarch Communities® is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for its Mahwah location. The shifts include 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. Responsibilities include providing personal care, administering medications, and collaborating with the wellness team. LPN - Full Time 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am

Pay Range

$33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on their well‑being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Wellness Director and Assistant Wellness Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Retirement Unlimited specified intervals.
