Job summary

The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team in New York. Immediate hiring, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, medication administration including IVs, vital signs, and documentation. You will educate residents and families and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and other care professionals, while supervising CNAs to maintain high

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license required.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
