The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities include medication administration, vital signs, patient care and family education, with collaboration with physicians and other health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, including IVs.
