Job summary

The Phoenix Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will provide direct patient care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, and CNAs to enhance resident well-being.

Immediate hiring and a sign-on bonus are available. We offer daily pay options, competitive wages, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision; 1199 benefits after 90 days; and

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently.
• Experience with geriatric residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of the SNF and LTAC units.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
