Ideal School of Allied Health Care is seeking an experienced LPN Instructor to guide students through clinical training and competency development. The role focuses on patient care standards and hands-on teaching in a fast-paced setting.

You will design educational programs, mentor learners, and collaborate with the clinical team to improve care quality and outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
• MSN degree with teaching
• Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in patient care and education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to our LPN Student, ensuring they meet the highest standards of patient care and safety
• Develop and implement educational programs and training materials to support staff development and ongoing education
• Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patients and clients to ensure personalized care and support
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
