Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized LPN program.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/family-centered care under RN supervision.
• Assist with data collection, formulation of care plans, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Assist with screenings, triage, and routine examinations.
