The Medical University of South Carolina's MUSC Community Physicians is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver patient-centered nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse. The LPN will assist with data collection, care planning, and evaluation of outcomes across a defined patient population.

Responsibilities include documenting care, assisting with examinations, screenings, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualificações

• Graduation from a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and licensed as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state.
• One year of LPN experience preferred; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient/family centered care under RN direction, assisting with data collection, care plans, and outcome evaluation.
• Documents findings accurately in the medical record and communicates with the care team.
• Prepares, screens, and staffs examination rooms and supports medication-related inquiries with providers as needed.
