Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized LPN program and licensed in the state of South Carolina or a compact state.
• One year of LPN experience preferred; current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient/family centered care under direction of a registered nurse.
• Assist with data collection, care plans, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Prepare, examine, and assist with procedures; document findings in medical records.
• Record patient calls and reviews with providers as needed for orders or changes.
