Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to use computer systems and EHR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing station operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient flow.
• Document activities in the EHR accurately.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, vaccines per orders.
• Support PCMH care team and daily huddles.
