Premier HealthCare, part of the YAI Network, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our multi-specialty clinic. The role supports care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through a coordinated team-based approach.

You will report to the nurse manager, supervise nursing staff, manage the nursing station operations, and participate in PCMH activities and daily huddles to ensure high quality patient care.

• Report to the nurse manager or nurse supervisor, weekly supervision to review duties and responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the PHC nursing station; ensure workflows and policies are implemented as directed.
• Provide coverage for and assist with PCMH and other grants as needed and supervise nursing staff.
