Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an IDD Nurse (LPN) to provide holistic nursing care in residential/vocational settings under RN supervision. You will administer medications, assist with care plans, and coordinate health services to people with IDD and mental health challenges.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and strong teamwork skills to support individuals and their families. On-site positions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program.
Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
Current CPR Certification or eligible to obtain certification.
Strong communication with interdisciplinary team and families.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with IDD.
Assist the RN in delivering quality nursing services.
Administer medications and treatments or assist with administration.
Assist with scheduling preventive and routine medical appointments.
Document health data and report abnormal findings to the physician.
Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team.
Advocate for people supported and help develop community supports.
