Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the IDG clinical team with medical records, scheduling, QA activities, and IDG documentation.

This is a full-time role requiring an LPN or nursing degree, with records management experience and strong regulatory knowledge. You will maintain comprehensive records, coordinate scheduling to align with patient plans of care, and supervise the clinical records team for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical records management is required.
• Knowledge of information systems and record-keeping practices.
• Strong communication and public relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical records functions and implement records policies.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and ACHC regulations.
• Supervise the clinical records team to ensure accuracy and prompt filing.
• Coordinate scheduling activities to support patient plans of care and IDG needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.

Education

Nursing degree or Diploma
