Responsible for providing direct and comprehensive administrative support to the hospice IDG clinical team, which encompasses medical records, scheduling, QA activities, and IDG documentation support.
Full Time; (40) hours / week.
Diploma/Degree in nursing with a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent is preferred. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is preferred. One (1) year experience in clinical records management, preferably in hospice care operations. Information systems knowledge required. Accredited Records Technician Certification preferred.
