Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Centerburg, OH area to work with a young adult patient in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and documents data and nursing diagnoses.
