Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Pickerington, OH is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support pediatric patients at home. Full-time, part-time and PRN roles are available with day shifts across multiple clients in the area.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, and provide skilled care under prescribed orders, with eligibility for benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). Prior LPN licensure in Ohio and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB clearance or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Client A: Saturday, Sunday | 8am-8pm
• Client B: Friday | 8am-4pm
• Client C: Saturday, Sunday | 8am-4:30pm
• Client D: Monday - Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm | 1on1 School Nurse
