Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring for Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric or adult medically fragile patients in the home setting.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering care on each assignment per prescribed orders and evaluating patient condition. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where practice is required.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray on file.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
