Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Fort Wright, KY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. You will provide 1:1 in-home nursing care, following prescribed orders and nursing processes.

Qualifications include current LPN/LVN licensure, TB/Chest X-Ray, and BLS, with at least one year of nursing experience preferred. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification current.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
