Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in and around the Marion, Ohio area.

The role offers competitive pay ($25-$28/hour), weekly paychecks, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, and Life Insurance, along with PTO and a 401(k). Must be licensed in Ohio with TB/Chest X-Ray and Hands-On BLS; one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Ohio.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current Hands-On BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
