Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cincinnati is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. You will work with our care teams to deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care; following prescribed orders; monitoring signs and symptoms; documenting nursing diagnoses. Qualifications: current LPN/LVN license in Ohio; TB screen or chest X-ray; valid BLS; one year

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in Ohio.
• TB screen or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
