Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cincinnati is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $28, with weekly paychecks and full benefits.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring patient status. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state, TB/X-ray, BLS, and have 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses
