Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $25 to $27 per hour and includes competitive benefits and weekly paychecks.

Licensed practical nurses will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, with duties spanning home visits, data collection, and documentation in collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
