Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Ohio is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and deliver skilled nursing services per orders on each assignment.

Licensed in the state, with current TB or Chest X-Ray and a current BLS card, plus one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
