Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Canon city, Colorado is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. The pay range is $31-$34 per hour, with competitive weekly paychecks and robust benefits.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes, and documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
